Reservation Process

1.  Read "Rules", "Reservation Info" and "Important Info".
2.  Make reservations by mail, phone, or online.
3.  For reservations by mail, print "Waivers" and follow the "Reservations by MAIL
instructions".
4.  For online reservations, click "Pay Now" and follow to check out.
5.  Submit "Waivers" either through electronic scan, print and mail, or bring upon arrival.
6.  Click on "Directions" to the left any page on this site for the Map directions to Huntsville
Depot Museum.
7.  Be sure to arrive at the Huntsville Depot Museum at least 15 minutes before your
designated time.
8.  You may sign-in 30 minutes earlier than your scheduled hunt. Participants will only be
allowed to enter the Training Room on the first floor until their investigation begins.

To Make a Reservation ONLINE:

Preferred Method
Choose your preferred date and check to be sure it is not SOLD OUT. Click on the "Pay
Now" button. You will then be taken to our PayPal online reservation site. Add quantity of
participants to cart and make your reservations.

You have the option of paying with your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover Card. Be sure to
print your confirmation page.

There are two choices for submitting the Reservation Form / Liability Waiver:

First Method: Print out the Liability Waiver form, fill-out all the information and sign/date.
Then read and/or print Rules and Important Info. Mail the Liability Waiver form to the
address listed below under 'To Make a Reservation by MAIL'. Upon arrival at the Huntsville
Depot Museum and prior to the Ghost Hunt, your name and guests will be verified along
with receipt of the Liability Waiver.  If a Liability Waiver is not on file for each attendee,
then the Ghost Hunt Participant will be required to fill it out at that time.

Second Method: You can bring the Liability Waiver with you to the Huntsville Depot
Museum and turn it in at the Registration Desk.

To Make a Reservation by MAIL:

Read and/or print Rules and Important Info. Then, print off a copy of the Liability Waiver
Form. You will need one form per person. Read, fill-out, and sign the Liability Waiver form
then mail it with a check or money order payable to:

Hunts will sell out fast so get your registration in early.  A confirmation email for receipt of
payment will be sent.

APS will have your registration information ready at the door upon arrival.

Walk-ins:

We do allow walk-ins, but cannot guarantee that a particular class will be available so it is
best to check the website to ensure it is not listed as 'SOLD OUT' prior to showing up.
