1. Participants must be at least 8 years of age and a parent must sign the Liability Waiver
for their children.
2. To reserve your date, every participant must sign a Waiver of Liability Form. All
participants must abide by all rules of the hunt. To ensure a spot on your chosen
date/time, the waiver form and your payment must be received either before the Ghost
Hunt or upon arrival.
3. After a hunt is sold out, no more reservations will be accepted for that date/time. Once
a date/time is sold out it will be posted on our website. If mailing in your reservation, make
sure you list your three date/time choices in the order of your preference. We will do
everything we can to ensure you the first choice. Dates cannot be changed unless a
replacement reservation can be booked in advance. If you decide to NOT show up the
date of the hunt, you will be forfeiting your reservation and payment.
4. A fee for each participant must accompany the registration form. Prices are subject to
change without notice.
APS will have your registration information ready at the door upon arrival. Your name
must be registered and is required to enter the building. NO EXCEPTIONS.
6. Food and drink are only allowed on the first floor of the building and on the premises.
There is a vendor where you may purchase sodas, water, and coffee the entire night.
7. There will be a designated area for smoking. Do not smoke in any area other than this.
Anyone found smoking anywhere other than the designated area, will be asked to leave.
8. Bathroom facilities are available on the 1st floor.
9. Use of alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly forbidden. Anyone found drinking or using
drugs on the premises will be removed immediately without refund. This is strictly
enforced. Also, please do not attend this event under the influence. You are wandering
around a dark, old building, with nothing but a flashlight. Being impaired can only lead to
injury.
10. Please do not tamper with anything in the building, move merchandise, old furniture,
fixtures, wall hangings, etc.
11. Proceed with caution throughout the entire building. Watch your step!
12. Please be courteous of other participants and tour guides on the investigation. You
will be conducting a serious paranormal investigation, and talking loudly, making loud
noises, and general fooling around will not be acceptable. You may be asked to leave if
the situation persists. Others are here for a serious investigation and may be conducting
an EVP session, etc. and deserve an uninterrupted investigation.
13. All participants must conduct themselves in a professional manner. It will make the
hunt more enjoyable for everyone involved.
Note: Please remain very quiet while in the building or on the premises so as
not to disturb the participants investigating on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Any
interruptions could hinder their EVPs, so please be very mindful.
Prohibited Items:
a. No cell phones. All cell phones must be completely turned off. Ringing cell phones are
disruptive to an investigation, and cell phones (even in Silent Mode), interfere with the
radio communications between the team & tour guides and will distort EMF readings.
b. No 2-way radio communications by Ghost Hunt Participants for the same reasons as
above. Headphones are allowed, although you must NOT be on channel 4.
c. Again, no drugs or alcohol. Anyone found using drugs or alcohol will be immediately
escorted from the premises with no refund.
d. No ouija boards allowed. Use of ouija boards will result in immediate expulsion from the
premises with no refund. We also do not allow seances. Other divination tools such as
divining rods and pendulums are permitted.
e. Weapons or any other item that is deemed illegal to carry in public, even with a permit it
is not allowed on the premises.
